Buena Vida Tea’s Rosa de Jamaica brings together hibiscus leaves from the top three growing regions in Africa blended with Australian lemon myrtle – one of Down Under’s healthiest herbs. These varied elements are then hand-blended locally in Los Angeles California creating a truly cosmopolitan beverage.

One of the popular “aguas frescas” in many Mexican restaurants features Jamaica – although the natural hibiscus notes are drowned out by tons of sugar in these blended drinks. Our Rosa de Jamaica pays tribute to the pure natural essence of the flower – especially when paired with the citrusy notes of the lemon myrtle.

As this blend is scooped into your glass – before even adding hot water – you’ll note the symphony of colors, textures and aromas. From deep cherry reds to light greens and deep dark browns, these flowers and herbs create a multi-layered experience that hints at the deep red and complex liquor to come.

We recommend serving this blend cold with cloves or star anise – especially if you need some extra refreshment after a night of too much imbibing, or piping hot with a cinnamon stick as you cuddle around a crackling fire.
